JUMPSTART, the high octane variety dance band from Austin, TX is set to play Galveston Island July 19.  For Texas history buffs, Galveston, TX is where the early Spanish explorer - Cabeza de Vaca – landed in Texas.  The Spanish in the early 16^th Century were in search of gold, riches and the “fountain of youth” when they explored Texas.
